If so then let MH Govt. put all secular journos behind the bars, since you not quite sure about the law I am feeling pity you're defending it without knowing the consequences.
Rules are made for Common people not for VIPs they not only become reasons to kill innocence but also live hassle free life.

It's for us only bro. Suppose I bash Fadnavis for declaring draught in Maharashtra and you or anyone else approach govt body to show my comments then they can charge me for sedation.
Do you want to live in such a state or country where you don't have right to criticise or express your thought.
Isn't it clear case of violation of our fundamental rights?
i do agree with ur all points n views. as i have written in this thread only n again writing that Mr. Sambit Patra ( national spokes person of the BJP ) clearly stated that a common man can criticize the govt. but on valid points.
this rule ll put all those people into jails who wants to put obstacles.
i want indian economy to b grown up. i want India to become present america within next 2 decades.
n some sick people always criticize the govt. n that too without any reason.
also i do not think any govt. or especially BJP ll take any kind of risk after being put innocent people like a common man into jails

There is nothing clear in the amendment. Hence police and govt can misuse very efficiently.

I was reading somewhere that original rule is in Marathi and it has been very poorly translated because of it entire scenario has been changed.
bro... try to understand from my point of view also.
being an indian i can criticize on valid points only. but some people misusing this right. so to stop them only. this rule is made.
it is not 4 u or me or any common man who criticizes the govt.
now take an example : if i say that i m not happy with maharashtrian govt. as they do not have enough courage to produce the govt. jobs. they do not have enough hands to take care of the viable sick units, then ll i b put into jails?
