Here is an example of how Testing a channel having a Cross mark in the Testing channel to show as its in Testing mode.

What kind of matter is this Mr.Bhat

Its Pak channel named "GEO TEZ" which is in testing Mode. they r using the Cross mark .

Is it because of some disruption in transmission ?

They purposely blocking the view to showthat its a Test Transmission

DTH ops r adding Few Testing channels bfore official launch or removal of Tesing scroll . if teh Cross mark in the View surely they will not add them

DTH Operators have to follow lot of Govt rules Sir. I don't think they will dare to do such things in India atleast.

The cross mark indicate that the channel is still under trial and does not have an active commercial licence to operate
(which might be in pipeline). Thus it cannot have a legal binding for copy right violation as it can play clips from any source to test the service ...

I have seen 1st time such water mark from any testing channel.

They want to prove something new that why they do such things.
