1. Set top Box getting restarted frequently these days. ( hardware/software updated long back)
2. Menu design and style looks outdated
3. HD addition always happens late( No ESPN HD tillnow - australian open just lasts for 2 weeks)
4. many HD on packages should be introduced. Movie HD / SpORTS HD / Comedy HD+ science HD etc
5. 3d content channel should be introduced

1) Need to improve AQ & PQ (Sharpness is missing).
2) Need to minimize booting & channel changing time.
3) Have to do lot of work on SW & HW...they are seriously lagging in this department.
4) HD add - ons need to reintroduce again.
5)Try to provide some exciting offers such as jhingalala saturday offers.
6) Rather than giving all regional channels in the base pack ask the customer to choose his regional pack (1 or 2).

Didn't encountered any of these issues infact any other issues too since last 2 years on my Tata Sky HD DVR.

Their sd stbs are somewhat ok..but hd stbs are pain in your life..

Existing HD DVR 500GB is my 3rd STB in the last one year. Very bad STBs..
