I think as ecom is not properly regulated in India, they create ghost companies which act as reseller & earn more profit. I think ebay developed the concept well.....

After some 7-8 months ordered an item on flipkart on 26th and they were at the door today. So looks like their business is down.

IM Bro, they are prompt in their service, when MotoG was launched, they delivered the product NBD (Next Business Day) without paying any premium.

Till Moto G launch, flipkart was best bro. After that they become bakwas and my last 3-4 items got delivered in 5-6 days.

One more absurd thing about Flipkart is that the number they sent on sms of delivery guy was wrong. I was calling him to schedule the delivery in evening. but couldn't tell him and he arrived at home in afternoon. Since no one was available at home to receive the consignment , he called from another number and i asked him to go back and come tomorrow.

Might be no balance in his mobile

With me SMS received that B delivery man will delivers the item but actually A came and delivers the item.

Similarly would happen with your case that delivery man was different then what you expected to according to SMS you received.
