Justice Cyriac Joseph, the retired Supreme Court judge, has been appointed as the new chairperson of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal.
Justice Joseph, who retired on 27 January this year, has been appointed on a term of three years. He succeeds Justice S B Sinha who retired last month.
