UTV STARS HD is closed.. Now only SD channel... Dish TV have it but Upscaled HD Channel

I have not watched the Upscaled channels. Do they give the feeling of HD.??
Because I have checked that Dish TV have many upscaled channels.

So, we can expect huge number of channel addition on d2h now. I have heard that all active space channels including some more DD channels will come on main screen as per some recent TRAI regulation.

All Active Service channels as Full Screen?
