no, where i said as they can convert a tp from 36 mhz to 54 mhz ???

"i read in other post of you told the tp can be converted to 54 mhz . it's wrong. tp is not like converting mpeg2 to mpeg4, dvbs to dvbs2. once the tp created then no change."

the satellite operators can make changes according to the requirements of leasing company.they can shift the beam from other side to india.

the satellite tps are allocated to differant beams. they are dividing them manually. they can shift from other beam to india. many times this shifting is occuring in various satellites in the orbit .
