D2H HD 2233 STB got updated today morning

I'm also planning to do factory reset bcoz without reset update can't show its effect..
Can you confirm that by pressing * button does sound equalizer changes or not?

I am currently using DDB LED TV connection of Videocon d2h and the Secondary HD STB was lying disconnected. When i heard the news of Software Upgrade i connected my HD STB to TV , got the update and to my surprise this update is super awesome. The EPG has become super fast and is at par with other DTH operators, there is no lag while changing channels or surfing thru menu plus in the Channel Guide too EPG is loading super fast. * button still has options for various audio modes. D2H has finally overcome its software issues, now let's see when they bring good hardware specially the remote

Another thing which i noticed that now there are multiple language option in language settings for subtitles and menu language. Plus when i select Hindi for Menu Language then i am getting not only EPG in Hindi but right from unsubscribe message to menu options all are coming in Hindi and here is where D2H has proved to be genius for English Channels still EPG comes in English even if select Hindi or other regional languages as menu language. This is a very smart step by D2H as they know English Speaking Language will always like to see the EPG in English for such channels. Smart, Very Smart!
