He is lying and talking crap. As timkamat has said, you should not have discussed all these things with him.

d2h never blacklist anyone anywhere unless you abuse them. Its Dish TV which block users on their Facebook Page and delete their comment. d2h has never done this to anyone as far as i know.

Regarding 90cm dish, its not easily available as its mainly used for MDU by any DTH company. So, i suggest you to demand for 60 or 75 cm Dish whichever is available locally and do not demand this from any local. Demand it from d2h directly through facebook , twitter or email.

Also next time when to interact to some superior, do not forget to tell them that local engineer threatened for blocking and all those shit which he told you.

They use the term dvr dish for the bigger dish. I have not measured the diameter of my new big dish so cant tell u whether it is 90 or 75. But Dont discuss anything with local team. D2h has bigger dish and they install it when you go for dvr models.
I agree rain fade is common in DTH but installing bigger dish has definitely improved my signal level and I face rain fade only for 10- 20 seconds that too in heaviest of rains.

Yes... i've also heard about this ...they provide bigger dish to DVR users. I haven't discussed anything to local engineer..i know discussing with him is waste of time...If i request on fb/twitter then also they take my complaint and local engineer comes...
when my old box got buggy update, that time i had mailed to nodal officer but he also forwarded the issue as complaint no mail reply.
So...I'm planning to mail directly CEO of d2h - Anil Khera.

No IM bhai..not Facebook block, he told me about blacklisting my Customer ID. he told me if i will complain more than 1 in a month, they will assume that you are a fake complainer so they will blacklist you ID and after that even if you have real serious issue and you note down the complain then they will only say to that we have forwarded your issue but actually they won't forward and your complain will no resolved.!!
Regarding dish reflector...he is denying of 90cm. so 75cm. is available by d2h?

Currently there is issue in One TP...Picture not coming of many HD chnnels
Travel XP HD, Ten HD, Zee Cinema HD, Mtunes HD etc. signals are not coming....

What he is saying is completely rubbish. I think without wasting time you should write all these things to CEO . He is scaring people by saying stupid things. This is against TRAI regulations. No service provider can deny to provide to any customer.

It's because you are paying them for service and in turn government is also getting service charge.

So, it's high time you directly mail to CEO and ask whether you are supposed be threatened by its company guys or he deserve to be treated like a customer by providing best of their services.

Also, next time tell that idiot guys that 1st get himself trained properly. I will post picture of 90cm dish antenna pic soon.

A lot of our forums friends are already 60 and 75 cm reflector.

Currently I have Platinum HD 1 year LTR and it's gonna end on 4/6/2014...so long time to go, so would it be effective to mail now or should I mail him when subscription is getting over?
i think it'll be more effective to say If you won't replace reflector then I don't want to recharge again.
What's your opinion?

Ok..so I'll mail to CEO and will say all these Sh*t things along with these two Images of Signal Quality which i'm uploading here too.
U can watch I'm not getting Even Green Baron quality it means it's under 70%!!
White bar means low quality and chances of freezing..
