Just got call from Mumbai..He said i'll do my best . he further said 90cm. dish is for DVR, common antenna and for rainy states of south. so i told him that 75cm. will also be ok. then he told me 500/- charge, so again barged in issue and he told ok i'll do my best, lets engineer come and see what he does.
One clarification: i have not mailed to CEO i just wrote threatening post that i'll shoot mail to CEO and also go to consumer court ...i also didn't provided my ID still they didn;t asked for it and directly called!!
So still last option remains of CEO if not solved..

The LNB looks as New. i think The Quality is not good enough . U should get 90% . Whats the length of Cable ? is it more than 20 mts ?
According to me there is a space for fine tuning the Dish/LNB Skew

There is not much differance in the Old and New signal Snaps.. Only the the quality looks bit heigher.. that too not much ..

Yes Mr.Bhat you are right. i know there is not much difference in old and new signals. But they tried to catch signal as much as they can but couldn't get much. as they were saying before i think satellite signal may be low here. They aligned reflector with small TV and satellite finder and were watching signal quality in TV.
So don't know what is the exact reason for not getting signals above 90%. I also hoped to get it in 75cm. but disappointed. May be they are not enough expert in these case.
One question is the wire output of LNB is not down side and it's skewed, should it be on down side? i see it on downside on other DTHs in my vicinity.

The skew is depandant on locations. I have seen mine LNB position and others in North region was not the same. so that has to be done with utmost perfection so then we can get good signals in rainy season..
I was getting issues of signal loss during small rain in my TS STB. technicians aligned perfectly according to them. I was due to realign few weeks ago itself , few days back bought a Satfinder and aligned to almost perfection, now no such issues during rains.

I am getting 74% Quality and 100% strength in RDTV 60 cm Dish , cable length is 30mts also its 12 year old one. will post SS later.

Hmm...then you realigned your reflector by your own!! the best way is to realign by ourselves but yes we must have satfinder.
and my cable length is also 16 mtr so it's under 20 and should not affect in signals.
Regarding LNB, it is the old one of 60cm. i asked them for bigger one but they told it's same in 60cm. and 75 cm. and clarified that big LNB comes in 90cm. dish
