I have tried from one two dealers but they told me that havt access for pairing the boxes.

So will u help me out?

I tried my dealer friend regarding this and he told me that replacement box is entirely into custody of company engineers and they personally visit and do all replacement. So this seems an impossible thing for you bro. Try transferring the balance to some other box on email. May be they would do that.

Still my STB is black out more than 24 hour now ... testing my patience .... just maintaining my composure it's just that i am living on my cable tv .... & have been very busy no time to watch TV.... else i would have had ripped them apart till now .....it's their good luck !!
