Some Dalit organisations have organized a beef eating programme in Bengaluru on Thursday. They have invited noted playwright and actor Girish Karnad to attend the function and eat beef in protest against the ban on beef eating by Maharashtra government. According to them Karnad has agreed to attend the function and eat beef.
