I was calculating it as per the experience of GSAT 10

83* exclusively own by Tata Sky, ISRO launched GSAT 10 but they launched as a replacement of INSAT 4A didn't increased the capacity. Tata Sky was in 2 mind whether to go to GSAT 10 or will remain INSAT 4A until and unless Tata Sky won't give a green signal then what can ISRO do ?

Here a Govt. DTH want Govt. agency to fulfill its need hence both are in aggressive in work and not looking each others back to get green signal.

Both GSAT 10 and 15 are 2 different scenario.

Some DD Channels like DD National, DD India, DD Kisan, DD Urdu, DD Sports and some more (don't remember) are shifting to GSAT 15 (93 E) w.e.f. 17/11/15. So GSAT 15 will be activated on 16th Nov itself.

These channels are on C band and they are migrating to GSAT 10 83E C band.
GSAT 15 has only ku band TP
