DD KASHIR is showing DD FREE DISH logo on d2h. Is d2h down linking from Insat 4B KU band?

Isn't it illegal to downlink signals from a DTH service for DTH? A DTH firm has to downlink signals from C band and uplink them to their satellite.

I don't know why d2h is doing this any how they have to downlink signals then why not from C Band.

Question is why other DTH allows the free promotion. Broadcaster can carries ad but logo on regular basis ?

No, it can't be promotional.We have only two conclusions -either D2H is down linking from Insat 4B KU band or DD KASHIR itself is carrying the logo.It can only be confirmed by users of other DTHs.
