ZEE is more serious to launch & TV in d2h then Videocon, otherwise when it comes to Videocon's marketing team they got delayed to sign channels like Star Sports 2 and now Star Sports HD 4.

d2h is a platform, Videocon is the group who runs it. My sentence is ZEE approaches d2h for &TV and Videocon approaches STAR India for STAR SPORTS HD 4.

DTH operator never approaches any broadcaster for new channels. Its broadcaster who approaches DTH operators.
