ISRO having no problem Bro. TATA(SKY has. When the news pop up last year that TS will drag ISRO into a court then why they didn't proceed further, why TS only make headlines and nothing else they should do their job complete MPEG 4 Migration add channels and rest forget all tension if T(S really booked TPs of GSAT 10 they will automatically get TPs if Insat 4A stop working before its Mission Life.

Yes and I m hoping that after diwali we may get some surprise by tata sky regarding new satellite tps or gsat 10 tps

But I think both are not on the consent of moving to court and I think they have silently done some mutual understanding between them which is not yet leaked

And why would they agree on such mutual agreement. Tata SKy is there for business and they will grow only if they will expand their space. If they are not getting Transponders, there must be fault from ISRO. Other than Dish TV, every DTH is struggling with space issue. So, who should be the culprit ?

They are into business bro and not to waste time in courts. Fighting with Govt will further screw them like Vodafone.

They must have been given some assurance that's the reason they dropped the plan to file case in court.

ISRO is not Govt. Bro. its a Agency and Vodafone s matter is different then TATA(SKY.

Matter is different but approach would be same and consequences would also be same. And ISRO was directly under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Every Govt. agency comes under PM Bro. but its not that PM will instruct each and everything. Disputes can occurs and for that courts are there.

2nd thing is Vodafone is not wanna pay tax hence dispute they thought that illegally they will enters to India and become God of Telecom sector.
