HELP Deciding on a Home theater 5.1

if it is the matter then sony has launched one HT exclusively for DTHs.But all are having doubts whether it will work for d2h or not.Price is around 20K.ckeck with features and may be go for that.Check this HT-IV300 : Home Theatre Component System : Home Theatre System : Sony India

I had gone through this one earlier was not convinced and ore over it did not have DVD playback ...
Will LG home theater connect with D2h?

Videocon D2H has a SPDIF out on STB and this home theater has a Optical or SPDIF in. I understand that both can be connected by a SPDIF cable ... Can any one validate the same so that i can zero down to this system and go for a demo !!

Yes both can be connected. But i would recommend you Sony home theater for DTH costing 18k

Yes because of non availability of license . But it supports all DTH ...model number HT IV300

Yes people have posted in forums they are getting 5.1 audio.

Any home theater with optical/hdmi input will provide you 5.1 surround.

but that does not have DVD playback and will not have WiFi...this one is cheap and I am using sony so wanna change too... Sony system does not support videocon Dth
