So is this somehow related to higher sex crimes rate in these western countries...........
ofcourse, they know everything early and the so called developed countries got higher rape cases since the drugs as well as the persons hitching with unknown persons are more there compared to India

The point here is whether BBC violated law of the land & code of conduct..............Considering every aspect it becomes clear that BBC, its producers & their Indian agents / partners violated law, disclosed victim's identity, made fame & money out of a docu film for which permission was given on non-commercial basis.......
Do you really believe the words of the Indian govt?

Its not about govt version, its about Indian law & rules.............& its very clear about this........Would you like any foreign entity to come here & break the law as per their own wish............?

Everyone can have their POV............but country doesn't run on POV..............as there are laws, rules & regulations to govern...................So if someone especially a foreign entity like BBC is violating the law then it has to be taken very seriously.............
So called the POV had risen to the amendments of law

Then its very good if govt is forced to improve laws & working conditions for women...........

Just consider if any Indian media company did this in UK or US..............First of all they wouldn't have allowed it even on non-commercial basis........
Would Indian media do it in the first place?

Indian media is regulated by Indian laws & they have done as far as they can even though we can blame it for TRP................That doesn't mean foreign media should be given free hand & allowed to break the law.............

I think its good thing that India is showing anger & venting frustration..............which is not the case in many western countries................This shows the ray of light & hope only in India.................
this ray of light and hope is nothing but a fake pride, just get up from the dream bro and in many developed countries there are protests and frustrations going on

Then its better..........to have protests which would help eliminate all this......but the Indian protests after the incidents were unprecedented in the world for which Time has also has taken note for......

Now the question is whether to allow such docu film or not...................Even after considering realily on the ground & facts...........there has to be introspection within the country but at the same time India should not allow other countries like UK to malign the image further.............
Atleast this maign would bring a further restriction and safety for women

Maligning the image as the tool of foreign policy is always bad...........Would you allow your neighbour to malign your image openly even if you are on wrong side...............?

Again the question remains that why western countries like US & UK have so much violence & rape crimes against women.............as the situation is much more grave in their own country..........

So all this leads to perversions in western societies that we see today...........Hope not to get it replicated in India..........

There was channel called DD World launched by DD way back 2003 by NDA to bring stories of other Country idea came during Iraq War 2003, that channel discontinued immediately after UPA came to power. Thing is such international channels always protect their Country and their agenda and tries to malign others. We may crediting BBC to bring the truth but does we're not mature enough to understand the mentality of rapists ? Does we need someone's documentary to know that how typical wives behaves when her husband goes to jail ? Those documentary is not eye opener but also created to malign country's repo and obviously this BBC will not create such documentary if its happens in UK or USA.

There is a picture of India around the World , like illiterate India, Poor India, Slum India but does we have such negative picture of US or UK ? Does everyone of UK, US are educated ? Does they don't have slums, poor's ? Pictures are not there because their media keep on protecting them like India they don't have thousands of channels which runs for TRP and foreign funding.

Couple of question arise now if Nirbhaya's name exposed then does we start calling her by name and not Nirbhaya ? Why anyone should see that bloody rapist to understand the mentality of poor's illiterate ? Also if that documentary gave limelight to everyone then why Nirbhaya's partnered didn't appeared in the documentary ?

DD india was renamed as DD world and then reverted back.
The boyfriend might not be willing to relive those moments. Anirudha, and many are not psychologists to understand the mentality and the living conditions of the poor.
There are protests going on and the recent one was the shooting of a black guy reported by the same international broadcasters.

Tat friend was strong specially since he gave interview to Zee and ANI within few days after the accident also forget whether he's mental condition strong or not they can easily use Archive file for the documentary to bring all aspect of that accident.

Also I don't think DD India was revamped to DD World it was a separate channel.
