Police has focused their probe on how a fake B.SC degree was used by the 49 year old to get enrolment into Bachelor of Law (LLB) course in Bihar University. He claims to have completed his law degree from the Bishwanath Singh Institute of Legal Study College, Munger in 1999; the college is affiliated to Tilka Majhi University in Bihar.

Sources believe that the migration certificate used to gain admission in the university appears to be fake, which was issued from Bundelkhand University. Though Mr Tomar's name exists in the college register where he completed his LLB, he does not have any mark sheet of the degree he allegedly possesses.

Tomar appeared clueless when a team of teachers and cops asked him the common names of compounds such as H2O (water) and NaCl (salt).

What's surprise in that in all these years why the hell I will train my brain to remember 10-15 year old school stuff.

Yes he should sacked from asking such questions, he only needs to ask about constitution of India being Former Law Minister he at least knows that.

Till now police are not able to find the truth & relying on some secondary evidence suggesting that Tomar's degree "appears to be fake" to them......Asking few questions or asking Tomar to find lab in the collage can't be called as proof against him.....even if it appears that he managed to put everything at place years back....

Better for police to try hard to get evidence.....otherwise later it will be like a big setback to police & Tomar may sue Police for this......

H2O is common but NaCl is not common dude. Even Sugar is a common thing. Do you remember its chemical formula ?
