in my uttar pradesh also, in delhi also..... police know it very well but could not do anything

now tell me whose fault is this ? if more n more people see rape videos on CDs then obviously temptation would be there and many or most of them will try to do rape.

i told you that's a different thing. As an individual i cannot change the nation but i can definitely change those whom i get chance to change and that start from my family.
