I had option to use DEN HD about a year ago by paying Rs. 4000 for HD STB and Rs. 100 per month (over and above regular Rs. 250 per month) for HD but then moved to Tata Sky HD just because our LCO had too many frequent power cuts.

Actually the building adjacent to mine have some repeater kind of thing for their cable network and that building has power outage for like 3-4 hours a day every 2-3 days. Whenever I call the local office, the guy replies its just power issue, will be restored in few hours. Sometimes, their machine (I don't know what they call it) does not turns on itself after power connection is restored so someone from LCO's office has to come there and turn it on.
Never mind, will be getting Tata Sky HD connection in couple of days. Hoping for good journey with them.

Now a days even mobile never dies due to power banks and these LCO are still living into old ages. They should work on putting repeaters on chargeable batteries too.
