India is not moving to 1st position in another century. People themselves are corrupt here, very few stand against it and are comfortable paying few extra bucks for nothing.
Surprisingly Russia is more corrupt than India.
Look at those who are below 76. India is a very very Big country and corruption started by Congress is not going to end so quickly. It will take generations to eliminate it.
