They will refund your money back. Like they did for my Asus phone.

I think no also I don't think you will get the same resolution until and unless you're going for Pure HD and not HD ready.

Seems like it is very easy for them to replace the product such schemes can be done either a Manufacture or Black Market company because selling faulty product will spoil the name of the E Retailer and the Manufacturer itself.
go for FHD......nowadays 32" FHD are available cheap......
I am also thinking of buying new one.....but yet to decide among many brands......

Full HD TV costs above 20000 and with same screen size HD ready is costing 14000 of Micromax.
My current TV is only a year old. It's 23 inch Samsung with HD ready resolution.
After they refunded money, which was refunded in their wallet, I ordered the same phone under offer at 1000 less price and this time the phone is working good.
