It's working for Mumbai circle too. But only State Bank of India is available.
*99# is working in vodafone and tata docomo
Unfortunately, all of my banking accounts are linked with airtel number. So unable to access.
It asks for mmid , after entering it goes to bank page after it shows your mobile number has not been registered.
So it can be accessed only on the registered mobile number

That registered number limitation is good and bad too.
Good because it will provide security. Bad because one will not be able to access account details from non RTN number.
But I think we can register multiple mobile numbers too in bank
