To buy any LED TV now a days, don't forget to check :
1. Resolution Support (which we already discussed)
2. No. of Audio Video Ports (Minimum 2 HDMI & 2 Composite Ports)
3. Size of the LED (Already decided by you 32")
4. USB Port and file format supported through USB port for playing Video.
Rest other things are not so important. Every company as something good to be promoted and sold. Go for the One which fits best according to your budget.
In 32" only Samsung TV available Full HD.Just check it.
For 32" only 2 HDMI ports will available.
HD ready or Divx HD is old model(720P).So dont go to these options.Buy only full HD(1080p).
Price wise cheap is LG next Samsung next Sony.
So depends on your budget take full HD TV.
