Because you're a South user and you're getting all South channels and its Unsubscribed for we ROI users.

But Discovery ID is also a Hindi channel ? So, why it is available for South users ?

good question and in future, eng audio feed might be added.

I think decision should be taken on present basis. discovery may not add English feed in future because I have never seen a Hindi channel in which English feed got added later on.
