Yes it's available on Videocon D2H not sure about Tata Sky
It ain't available on TATA Sky now.

TV18 Network covers all major south indian market except Telugu. They have News 18 Tamilnadu (tamil), News 18 Kannada, News 18 Kerala (malayalam). Not only that, they covers all regional space in India. But don't know why they neglect telugu market. Is there any planning to launch News 18 Telugu in near future? Someone confirm me please.
Network 18 took over Etv Network from Andhra Based Enadu group. The deal was to Purchase all non Telugu channels including GEC & News channels. The GEC was renamed as colors and now the news channel are being re named as News 18.
Whenever there is a take over there is a competition clause which ristricts both parties from launching channels competing with each other.
Hence network 18 is not available as of now in Telugu market.
Is there any news channel from ETV Network in Telugu region???
Then, there are no possibilities for News 18 Telugu
