In Mumbai they are watching for sure but they are not targeting every one. Instead the one against whom producer is complaining. Now that it has started I am sure everyone will start complaining.

let it happen, even i dont support privacy but the movies aren't worth both watching in theatres and buying orig dvds/blurays.
i download american series as soon as it has been broadcast on american tv's.
