This is the problem with Indian broadcasting guidelines. religious correctness and sensitivity. Even, this week's Kenya massacre is titled "attack by Islamist extremists" in BBC but all newspapers use only "terrorists". Live with this as an Indian.

Kenya forces say they control most of mall attacked by Islamic extremist group, unknown if terrorists have any hostages left alive | National Post

On Topic : not all Indian media use such extensive words. There are some which believe in sensationalization and make such dubious headlines.

Thanks for the separate thread guys.
Do Beleive that Premium Channels which are exclusively available on digital platforms shouldnt have censorship.
We dont pay a premium price to watch censored shows.Though the channels have no control over this, they must pressurise the I&B Ministry.
Specific shows can be locked with Parental code if necessary.

i can understand religious and political censorship in some extend as Indian people are too sensitive in this area . but why we are so much backward when it's come to sexual matter ? why movie won't show half naked scenes if it's mark as A ? what wrong to show and sexual scenes on TV channels after 11PM ?

i saw lot's Hollywood movie where US flag is burning or torn apart or ppl wearing union jack as Bermuda . but if even somebody wear tri color saree some indian people freak out :censored:

forget about the half naked, even the subtitles either show alternate words or **** for "Sex".
even the school kids come across it on their text books.
