i doubt they will action even if you send 1000 emails daily because Marwaadi companies do whatever they feel good irrespective of what customer needs.

Nah those mutton head need some attention, when work load increases company needs to pay extra to avoid such they would better sign a deal with channel rather then spending on query resolving

Unsubscribed HD channels disgusting in between SD channels
Previous system of keeping both feeds separately was good
Now its too much irritating
& what the hell they kept mod channels just at few Hindi movies channels
Overall Hindi movies arrangement is totally worst

Every other operator is launching Active Services so Tata Sky changed its name from Active Services to Tata Sky Services.

Even after subscribing HD channels, who will like to watch both SD & HD channels?
HD channels should always separate
