Pagal hai kya!! once added Full HD Add On doesn't they will not deduct amount for that add on ?

They will deduct for sure. But they will deduct from the recharge you will do per month. Not from the 1149 wala recharge.
In case u don't recharge for add on then your add on channels will stop and you will continue to see the DISH99 channels till your validity of 3 years.
