In the settings tab you will get one option of checking transponders on that tab mostly after pressing red button you will moved to another tab where you gets a option of "Reset Factory Setting".

I am not sure about the current options since not having dishtv STB but if you still can't figure please write the exact menus so that it can be easy for you to find it.

Dear Bro,
There are 2 ways you can do this.
1st) If you have created an ID on DishTv Website you can login to your account and click the option ---> Service --> Pay Later Service
if you have not created a ID on DishTV Site then you can create a new ID (it is free) It will simply ask you your VC Number or Registered Mobile Number.

2nd) Or you can call DishTv customer care number in your location and ask them for this service.
