Another reason they don't because of Middle East users which only get signals of Asiasat 5 then they will miss english channels particularly.

Justin Jolly Bro. not getting signals from Insat 4A and Jeddah, Kuwait users where you're staying are said that they didn't get signals from NSS 6 also but they're getting signals of SES 8. Hence your cable wala showing COLORS HD from dishtv instead of COLORS SD.
