Rs. 5 for Sony,SAB,Max
Rs. 10 for Max 2, AXN
Rs. 15 for Pix
Rs. 50 for Pix HD.

Travel XP SD is from broadcasters end or Dish tv downgraded from HD version??

I think Travel XP has only HD version so most probably Dishtv downgraded it.
