The service has become better. when I took a new connection the installation happened within the very next day and the engineer was prompt. He even came back to realign the dish the next day early morning as power went away during installation.

Update from my Friend : Installation is done on time and SD channels are activated. He has been informed that HD channels activation will take some time.

He took the connection using ICICI offer of 999 for Dish Tru HD + Recorder

very good ads by dish tv but ditching to other is dangerous for them. soon all will get capacity.
