I feel apart from build quality all seems fine, with software part and reliability.

Is the STB getting overheated....? Is there something put on the STB which blocks the vents....?
Because HD STB heats up a lot especially while watching HD channels....

I didn't subscribe to any HD channel, I can't agree on over heating also because in morning initial hours box is hanging. They must update the box and since update didn't happened smoothly my box start hanging. All account details are also vanished yesterday.

I too have observed the HD STB updating the EPG everything it is powered on which never happened before, I am also facing intermediate no signal "error 301" in last 2-3 days not sure what is wrong or what has changed...

D Major just noticed a/c info is blank on my STB as well.
