For any alert messages we have to read it so that message symbol disappears, but banner ads are controlled by Operator. How can we get rid of those?

They put banner on screen also which can be remove by pressing ok.

But the ads are attached to EPG banner so when we press ok it disappear or in tata sky it automatically disappear
