In fact it's available
If you have any sports SD channels addon, you can remove it instantly
Just upgrade pack to higher pack having sports channels & downgrade instantly.
Now we can upgrade & downgrade any number of times in month.
In this way, any SD addon can be deactivated.
Except few addon like active service & Junior addon whose channels not available in base packs
