Dish TV is changing their registered office from NCR to Mumbai

Being share holder of Dish TV, I have got letter asking for Vote for 2 resolutions

i) Reducing the share capital amount - (I am not sure what this means)
ii) Changing the registered office from NCR to Mumbai

I guess they are changing the registered office to Mumbai because it will be easier for them to operate both Dish TV & Videocon D2h from Mumbai itself

Until they officially announce, nothing is confirmed. But it looks like deal is almost done.

To begin with they will continue to use Singtel satellite for D2h operations. If at all Dish TV buys Videocon D2h, then they have to decide on how they will operate both Dish TV & D2h
