Update Dishtv added 3 more U-HD Channels

Dishtv is really playing with customers. After the removal of Colors HD, History HD & CNBC Prime HD from base packs, they have added 3 fake u-hd channels.

Dishbox Office on LCN 11, Discovery Science on LCN 55 & ET NOW on LCN 75.
