Is it possible to get Full On HD pack with DISH99 base pack?

Also, please suggest me the most economical way to watch HD channels in dth.
I liked the 12M HD add-on in D2H.. is there something like this in Tata Sky and Dish Tv?

You have to have any base pack to opt HD addons
