HELP Disk is powering up from Energy saving mode

Hi guys

I'm facing a strange problem since 1 week approx. Whenever I switch on my Tata Sky +HD STB and try to watch recorded programs using "Plan" button on remote, I get following message on screen:

Disk is powering up from Energy saving mode. Please wait.
...

There is only one button [OK] to press. I always have to hard restart STB to be able to access recorded program list.

When this problem occurs, I cant pause/resume or record anything on Tata Sky. Hard restart is the only option to do.

I have checked settings and power saving mode is OFF. Also I have tried reset factory settings option but no benefit.

It happens almost daily.

Is anyone else facing same problem?

This seems to be a firmware problem if many are getting it.

frm last week...i m also gettng same prob...got the same error 2-3 times..left with only option of RESTART.

+1. I am also facing the same issue on my plus HD STB. Very annoying to hard reboot everything. Happens at least once a day.

I am facing the same issue since 10 days now.
Called up CC and setup the meeting. Stupid executive said that the disk might be faulty.
HD PVR box was replaced but the problem remained.....
clueless... I dont remember s/w being updated recently.

Any info on this topic will help as it is annoying to reboot box everyday//

I switched on my STB after 10 days and didn't faced any such issue.
