Waiver on up-gradation fee applicable for Upgrading SD connection to HD connection OFFER “Tata Sky Diwali Week Offer (“Offer”) is a promotional Scheme being offered by Tata Sky Limited (“Tata Sky”), applicable to Tata Sky Subscribers (“You” / “Your”), having a Tata Sky Standard Definition set top box.
With this Offer, all Tata Sky subscribers having subscribed to Standard Definition connection will be able to upgrade to a High definition set top box (having High Definition connection) which would be provided on entrustment basis, without payment of up-gradation charges.
However, payment of Annual High Definition Access Fee of Rs.1500/- is mandatory.
The Offer is, in addition, to the existing promotional scheme (if any) available from Tata Sky and this Offer can be availed only from 20th October, 2014 to 26th October, 2014.
After the completion of the Offer Period, if You wish to upgrade your Standard Definition set top box connection to High definition set top box connection then You will be charged the applicable up-gradation fee in addition to the HD Access Fee .
