Update:now Dolby Atmos removed and only DD+ is coming on Dolby atmos advertisement.

Not really.DTHs able to convert dd sound to dd+sound.technically now they able to convert Dolby atmos by using dd+ codec.
Sun direct did the same thing.now they able to produce Dolby atmos successfully.
They can convert all hd channels dd+sound to Dolby atmos sound.
