News Downgrade options not available in d2h since yesterday

There app is surely buggy but why cant I downgrade to south gold from south gold maxi. I had to downgrade to south silver and then again upgrade to New south gold.

You are Not understanding what I am trying to say is that I was not able to downgrade from south gold maxi to New south gold directly. I had to first downgrade to south silver and then upgrade to New south gold.
