My assumption - Since New Dragon Ball Movie Coming This year in December
Toei Animation stopped Making DBS Anime for now
Because they want best Animation for their Movie and also all Voice artist will shift to Complete Movie.
I guess after 3-5 Months of Movie release they will again Start Series in 2019

Let's hope it will be true or they may come with new Dragon Ball Series Continuation after Super

Everything is in hands of Japanese audience Japan studios won't give damn about western people if there is demand for DB Series there surely continuation we will get and Japanese taste is weird compared to us Western people
