Yes. The whole body needs to be covered in the sense a decent looking outfit. For women it has to be chudidhar and for men it has to be either formal shirt and pants or formal shirt and Dhothi

Very nice decision. I feel that there are still some courts who feel the respect towards our religions and decorum of temples.

I sincerely wish similar decision is implemented across the country. So that temple should regain it's purity and place or adhyatm once again.

However I have seen actresses showing deep cleavage in saree also while visiting Ganapati pandals.

So such reveling clothes too should be disallowed.
