HELP E100-4 service issue

After a year without any subscription this month I try to recharge my videocon d2h set top box with new south platinum hd package through website. The recharge process work fine and got updated in my account however I cant view any subscribed channel and post activation e100-4 service issue appear in my screen. All free channel work fine.Already try refresh my account but still getting that error.Callcs twice but still no update for 6 days now. I really need help from expertise here rrgarding what should I do to obtain my channel back.

Yes ive tried both by using menu and back button but still no luck

Then your stb and odu alignment needs to be checked. Contact their officials.

If you not recharge ur dth for sometime ur box and card will be unpair... U have to call cc for this and they will do the needfull
