This stupid Govt. not charging separately from diesel car owners and screwing Aam Aadmi.

Every Diesel Car owner should pay extra cess every time he goes to fill fuel.

It don't cost that much price of fuel here. i guess no officer sitter would be spending more than 10-15K on petrol in Mumbai. And all those who pay higher are too rich to afford petrol at any price.

15 K from 10% would be equals to include 20% - 30% peoples who get affected from diesel cost.
