Engineer service charge 150 rs

As per trai guide line The DTH operator shall not charge any repair or maintenance charge for CPE acquired under a hire purchase or rental scheme. You are charging 150 rs for every visit. Can you please justify the reason as your customer care executive always says we are providing service and set top box and antenna are property of airtel.

If you insist a lot and it must be convincing then they won't charge. I gave TRAI gyan to Tata Sky and then they waived it off.
